Triple-row cylindrical roller internal gear slewing ring is a heavy-duty slewing bearing. Compared with ball type slewing bearings, it features higher load capacity, greater rigidity and excellent overturning resistance. Treated by quenching and tempering plus raceway induction hardening, it offers good fatigue resistance and low deformation risk. Designed for heavy machinery subject to continuous large overturning moment, it is widely used in lifting, grappling and heavy automatic equipment. This three-row roller slewing ring integrates a heavy-load bearing base and precision internal gear ring as one assembly. Unlike toothless slewing bearings, it comes with built-in meshing gear teeth to mate directly with drive pinions, eliminating separate gear ring installation.
