Adopting a four-point contact ball rolling structure, it is a load-bearing component developed for rotary conditions that bear axial load, radial load and tilting moment simultaneously. The four-point contact design enables steel balls and raceways to transfer force at four contact points. Compared with the two-point contact structure, it delivers higher tilting load capacity under the same outer diameter. With compact structure, it is suitable for equipment with low-speed and intermittent rotation.

The raceways are treated by induction hardening, which greatly improves surface hardness and wear resistance, and reduces the risk of raceway pitting and spalling under long-term alternating loads. The integrated external gear ring is machined as one piece, and the gear teeth are hardened synchronously. It can transmit rotary driving force without weakening the load rigidity of the bearing body. Made of forged high-quality alloy steel, the product features uniform internal metallographic structure and stable fatigue resistance, ideal for working conditions with continuous alternating loads.

Oil-resistant rubber seals are equipped inside the slewing ring to block dust, mud and other contaminants from entering the raceway cavity and prevent grease leakage. It maintains good internal lubrication and stable load performance. Widely applied in small lifting equipment, automatic rotary jigs, solar tracking system and light grab machinery, it provides reliable rotary load support within limited installation space.

FAQ

1. Can this rotary bearing run continuously under its ultimate tilting moment?

The ultimate tilting moment is the theoretical failure load for reference only. Continuous operation under ultimate load is not recommended. Normally, the working load should be kept within 70% of the rated tilting moment to extend service life.

2. Will the raceway be damaged quickly under conditions with heavy load fluctuation?

Frequent heavy impact loads will accelerate raceway fatigue damage and shorten long life. A larger load safety factor is required for impact conditions, together with regular lubrication maintenance to reduce wear caused by alternating impact.
