High precision single-row ball slewing bearing is designed to be relatively compact and lightweight for working conditions. Because this type of small excavators needs to be compact yet powerful, the slewing bearing has to balance size, strength and durability. They are usually made from high strength alloy steel such as 50Mn and undergo specific heat treatment processes to ensure the raceways and gear are hard and wear-resistant during heavy digging.

Before installation, confirm the flatness and cleanliness of the mounting surface, and use matched locating pins to ensure accurate positioning; tighten mounting bolts evenly in a diagonal sequence to avoid uneven stress and deformation; fill with specified lithium-based grease before initial operation, and replenish grease every 100 working hours; regularly check clearance, seal integrity and bolt tightness, and avoid long-term overload operation beyond the rated range.
