It is the 12th solar term on the traditional Chinese calendar and the hottest period of the year, falling between July 22-24. In 2026, Da Shu begins on July 23, when the sun reaches 120 degrees of celestial longitude. The name tells the story: Da (great) + Shu (heat) - the peak of summer intensity. In Chinese tradition, this is a season described as "steaming above, boiling below" - a blend of scorching sun, oppressive humidity, and sudden thunderstorms. Ancient scholars compared the accumulated heat to a stove brought into a room: the warmth builds gradually, and by Major Heat the thermal inertia has reached its peak. For an industrial manufacturer, Major Heat is more than a calendar marker. It is a real operational stress test - one that affects material behavior, machining tolerances, and production schedules. Thermal Expansion and Clearance Tolerances Steel expands with heat. On our production floor, a critical and meticulous step is currently taking place: our engineers are carefully loading high-precision steel balls into the raceway of a heavy-duty 2-meter slewing bearing. This specific component is custom-engineered for upcoming truck-mounted crane applications.   Rather than a simple final assembly, the insertion of these rolling elements is the heart of the bearing's functionality. Truck-mounted cranes operate under extreme lifting conditions, demanding flawless rotation and immense load-bearing capacity. By meticulously assembling these steel balls into the precisely ground raceway, we ensure optimal load distribution. This minimizes friction and maximizes the stability and safety of the lifting equipment when handling massive loads.     Every steel ball must fit perfectly to guarantee smooth, continuous operation. As we complete this vital step, we move closer to the final quality inspection and delivery. Another exciting update from our new factory! Our brand-new 3-meter grinding machine is taking its final shape—the team is currently installing its heavy-duty sheet metal enclosure (the protective outer shell).   While the internal precision testing is complete, this sturdy outer shell is just as important. It keeps the workspace clean, ensures top safety for our team, and protects the machine's high-precision parts.   Seeing this giant machine go from bare steel to a fully finished, professional workstation makes us incredibly proud of our nearly 20 years of growth.   We are just a few steps away from pressing the "Start" button on this new production line. It is a busy, noisy, and happy day here at the factory. We just finished packing a new batch of bearings, and they are officially ready to head out to their new homes.It is the final step of a long journey, and it’s the one where we make sure everything is perfect before it leaves our sight.   Our rule is pretty simple: treat every order like it is our first. We make sure the products are solid, the boxes are strong, and everything is wrapped up tight so it arrives exactly as it should.   The truck is on the way! We can’t wait to see these parts get to work.
