4.3-Meter Gear Ring for a CNC Rotary Table Shipped to a Customer

A custom 4.3-meter-diameter gear ring for a CNC rotary table has been completed and shipped to an overseas customer. After passing final inspection at our Hefei plant, the ring was carefully loaded and secured for transport to the export port. Large rings like this one are our daily work - we machine custom gear rings and slewing rings from 200 mm up to 6000 mm in diameter.

This ring was machined from 42CrMo / 50Mn steel on our large vertical lathes. The gear teeth were induction-hardened to HRC 55-62,  so the ring reaches the customer exactly to drawing.
