Forging and Rough Machining
The process begins with high-temperature forging to create the ring. Our CNC equipment then performs rough machining to remove excess metal and establish the basic dimensions. Precision starts here—every millimeter of extra material is carefully calculated.
Heat Treatment: Giving the Bearing its "Soul"
This is the most critical step for durability. We use induction quenching to ensure the raceway reaches a hardness of HRC 53 ± 3. This hardened surface ensures the bearing can withstand tens of tons of pressure without deforming or developing pits.
Precision Grinding: The Line Between Average and Exceptional
This is our proudest stage. We recently upgraded our facility with a brand-new 3-meter large-scale high-precision grinder. Why does grinding matter? It determines the "smoothness" of the rotation. Through fine grinding, we eliminate tiny errors to achieve a "Zero Backlash" state. This ensures the bearing moves without any hesitation or shaking during operation.
Drilling and Assembly
Once the installation holes are drilled, we move to the assembly area. Our experienced technicians carefully place the balls or rollers into the raceway. During this stage, we apply the correct Preload to ensure every component fits perfectly with no unnecessary "play" or movement.
Final Inspection and Packaging
At Yuanfeng, every single product—even a single order—undergoes a 100% rigorous inspection. Finally, the bearings receive a professional anti-rust treatment and are packed into reinforced, export-grade wooden cases.
